BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

1/ Once you have chosen the tour(s) that you wish and we have agreed on the date(s),  I will email you the deposit/final payment details along with a confirmation sheet for you to fill out and return to me.
Until then you have a “pencil” option on my calendar

2/ When I see that the requested deposit is on my bank account,
I will send you an email to reconfirm the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Up to 2 months before scheduled tour(s)  only half of your deposit amount will be refunded.

– Less than 2 months notice, deposit will not be refunded.
